Is drinking milk after eating sea food really bad?

I’ve always had my mother tell me that it is very deadly if I drink milk after i’ve eaten sea food. Its always been a taboo for our family.

No, it’s not really really bad and not even sorta bad- almost as not bad as eating chicken and drinking milk!
Nothing wrong with that! What a silly taboo!
Cookies and milk – now that’s BAD!

No its not bad no it won’t kill you. If it were true there would be warning labels on all milk cartons and seafood packages.

No, not unless you are allergic to milk or seafood. Pregnant women may also avoid seafood. Has someone in your family ever suffered from something like peptic ulcers, and they just falsely connected the two?

isnt that some sort of jewish thing, where you cant have shellfish and milk mixing… Are you Jewish?
but yea, no problem drinking it after you eat it, unless for religious reasons, except for potentially lethal bad breath.

No it is not bad – it just does not go together. A glass of wine or beer seems to be the desired drink.

Why would that be deadly, unless you were alergic.
When I go to a Chinese buffet and eat shrimp and crab, I chase it down with Dr Pepper.
