Try joining Spark People it is free.  They have a personal nutrition tracker, you can look up all sorts of food, and add foods not listed if you have the nutrition info.  You can also see what nutrition info others has added to different foods not already on Spark Peoples list. You can track whatever nutrient you want or don&#039;t want.  You can adjust the tracker to your liking.  If you want you can go by there plan for you, or use your own.

You can also get nutition books, paperbacks at your local drug store like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aide, etc.</description>
