    Ocean avenue is a street near Neptune beach. Which is a beach in Jacksonville Florida.
    Its a common thing for kids in Jacksonville to go to Neptune beach after school and some of them hang out at ocean avenue (like me :D )
    So Ryan is singing about the good times he had with his friends/girlfriend @ Ocean avenue
